It looks like all people involved have been in contact with the police regarding the tragic RC-Heli mishap that injured 17 year old Maresa in Tampa last week and things will move forward from there.
The RC-Heli community has really come through in supporting this family and in teaching the public our stand on safety. They also talk in the report about the large donation campaign going on from modelers all over the world. It's a little retarded. I don't think it ran out of power. nor did they perposly hit her. I think he lost controll hit her and sense she and people arround her new nothing about helis, he made up the power exuse to explain it was accidental. DO NOT FLY HELIS IN PARKS!!!!
