Rev 2.02 Software Update for the SK-720 : Patch for a few bugs found in the new release.

Changes to the Firmware for rev 2.02:

* Bug fixed where Futaba s-bus mode was disabled in rev 2.01

* Temporarily disabled RPM sensor while in Jeti PPM mode due to possible conflict
