For the past couple years Mikado V-Stabi product has been putting flybars out of commission everywhere. The only downside being is the learning curve to get V-Stabi working perfectly on your heli has been pretty steep. Mikado hopes to change that with the upcoming release of v4.0 software. Looks like it’s on between old-timers Mikado of Germany and Vancouver-based newcomer Skookum Robotics when it comes to the pricing or their Digital / Virtual flybar systems. Mikado has been the major player in this area for a long time, but their device has historically had a pretty high price tag. More recently, Skookum has [...]

Alot of activity is going around about FLYBARLESS setups. Looks like now they are even getting moved over to the 500 class. Matt Botos seems be be really liking the flight characteristics of the flybarless setups. So much so, that he recently joined team Mikado. I guess, to get the free V-Bar setups, LOL. Just kidding Matt!
A video was submitted today of Matt doing some damage to a T-Rex 500. Is he allowed to fly a 500?? Isn’t he team Mikado (wink).
Looks like he borrowed this 500 from Fireup.
