Finally got our workflow going so now I can crank out my IRCHA 2008 videos.

Visted the Circle City Flyers field this weekeend and caught up with a much improved version of Mr. Tim ‘The Hurricane’ Jones from Simi Valley California.  He was out there destroying (not literally) his T-Rex 700.  A must see video.  Its HUGE so download it.  Streaming might be hard.

Bogdan has done it again with another T-Rex 600 video showing off his great cinematography skills. This is one of the best he has done as far as effects, color, theme, etc. This is inspiring me to want to put something together that is comparable. Hmmm, maybe we will go out this week and put something together with Eric Stolz and the T-Rex 700 launch that is immanently approaching.

I am not sure how many times I have praised our partner site, Vimeo, which makes most of what we do possible. Thier site has grown tremendously over the last year and part of what I do as a BETA TESTER is hammer out bugs within their website. The quality of their FLV files is uncontested with any online video sharing website. With their second version coming out very soon it is going to be very hard for YouTubers to keep up with the new cutting edge technology that vimeo is putting out.

Quick video on Alan Szabo flying the T-Rex 700. This is a very nice two camera video of Alan going anti-gravity on his new 700. Looks like this is in Huntsville. Excuse us for not putting up any credits. Looks like a HeliFreak.Com video but we don’t know who the videographer is. If you know who made this video let us know so we can update this post.

On a second note: Looks like YouTube has some tricks up their sleeve and are releasing higher quality streams now in their FLV and M4V files. I found a hack that allows me to get higher “quasi HD” video out of YouTube! See for yourself. Looks pretty good. You know we dont usually post crappy YouTube videos but looks like things may be turning around of the Tube!
