I just found this new 500 sized heli (500mm blades) while cruising the forums. Can’t find much info specs wise, but it is known as the M3D 500. This heli will come out of the package with all the bling, no upgrades necessary. Read on for more info on the heli.

There seems to be some buzz about this “Avant Aurora lookalike” going around these days. This helicopter seems to be gaining some ground. The manufacturer RJX Hobby seems to be putting out a quality product but it doesn’t seem to be widely represented, especially here in the United States. Looks like they have a distributor here in the United States dubbed RJX USA.

Prices are very competitive. $599 for the 50, CF or G-10 frames. Seems as if a 90 is in the works.

Alot of activity is going around about FLYBARLESS setups. Looks like now they are even getting moved over to the 500 class. Matt Botos seems be be really liking the flight characteristics of the flybarless setups. So much so, that he recently joined team Mikado. I guess, to get the free V-Bar setups, LOL. Just kidding Matt!

A video was submitted today of Matt doing some damage to a T-Rex 500. Is he allowed to fly a 500?? Isn’t he team Mikado (wink).
