It seems the helicopter gods were with us at the LA 3D 2009 funfly. The event was pulled off perfectly. With great weather, there was flying every hour of the day. Combined with the perfect number of people in attendance, each flight station was never so busy that you’d have to wait more than fifteen minutes to fly. A number of big name pilots were in attendance, such as Tim Jones, Jason Bell, Kyle Dall, and Ben Storick, in addition to some up and coming pilots. Read on to see more photo’s of this great event.

Just returned home from Vegas and I have to say it has been a great few days. For the most part, the weather was perfect, albeit a little hot. Otherwise, it was an almost perfect event. The majority of these pictures are of Jason Bell’s Avant Aurora. I spent a bit more time on post processing these pictures so I hope they look a little better than the last batch.
