SK-720 Software Rev 1.11 – RELEASE NOTES
* The ONLY change to the firmware for this release is to fix the futaba / external receiver glitch described here.
For SK720 pilots flying with Hitec ,Futaba, or any other external receiver, we consider this a mandatory safety-related update. For pilots using spektrum satellites, this update is optional.
* Changes to the setup software are minor. If you already have setup software rev 1.10, then you don’t need to update the PC software before updating your unit to firmware 1.11.
* This rev does not yet include S-Bus compatiblity. There will be another firmware update later this month that will include S-Bus input, PPM input, and several other upgrade items.
Changes to the Firmware for rev 1.11:
* A bug in the external-receiver decoding, as described here, is fixed.
Changes to the Setup Software for rev 1.11:
* Improved setup wizards, minor bug fixes
Here you can Download the most up to date installer package, which includes
Rev 1.11 SK720 Setup Software
Rev 1.10 SK720 Playback Utility
Rev 1.10 SK720 Manual
If you want to try out the flight log playback software, you can download one of Alvin Chai’s flight logs. Note, the SK720 can’t directly record position without a GPS accessory (we’re working on it!), so XYZ positions are only estimates.
