In my experience FlightPower and Thunder Power packs have historically been considered some of the best and most popular lipos on the market. I should have noted that in my article, but most people seem to be willing to sacrifice the customer service element in order to get a cheaper product. I guess it doesn't become a issue until a problem is experienced. Also, while the Outrage packs are made overseas, buying from HeliDirect helps support American jobs, as in keeping the guys/gals at the shop employed. Flight power is widely considered to be inferior to most other brands of lipo batteries, and cost much more to boot. I would've found this article much more useful if the comparison had been against a similar CX hyperion battery that is supposedly capable of 5C charge rates.
