Futaba R6023SB & SwitchGlo

So now that Futaba’s CGY750 has shipped and guys are flying it, I figured Id post some info regarding the R6023SB Receiver and how to incorporate it with your SwitchGlo. Since it only has 3 usable ports, a bit of channel re-mapping is required. This will allow you to use your SwitchGlo as intended with a designated switch. Not too difficult, so here we go:

1) Plug your SwitchGlo into Channel 3 of the R6023SB receiver port.

2) Go to the Function menu in your radio and move channel 3 from Throttle to Auxiliary 3. (Any Aux Channel will work, but anything from Aux 3-8 is safe). Aux 3 is now your SwitchGlo channel, so assign it to your desired switch.

3) Move Throttle to Channel 12 in the Function menu.

4) Now turn on your CGY 750 and go into the SBUS Menu. Change Ch3 (Throttle) to Channel 12.

5) Ensure everything is working properly and go fly!!
