Collective Designs Team has just released thier new updated Trex 450 SE V2 for Realflight G4.5!
Thier previous Trex 450 for Realflight G3.5 was a big hit with a record breaking 30,475 downloads, this one should turn out great just like the previous version did.

Yup, thats right, carbon blades for your 250! Coming out soon is the new release from Align of 2 different versions of the carbon blades for the small Trex 250, and both are under $20. They are 205mm in length(jeez thats tiny). Watch your local align vendors for the product to be coming in stock.

This could be the slogan for this sim. This release of a new simulator version comes in handy – for the season with the nastier flying conditions. Heli-X used to be a freeware (*), Java-based simulator which most users found far more convincing than FMS (some, however, said that flying Heli-X is harder than a real heli – which doesn’t hurt IMHO – if you can fly the more difficult sim, you can also fly your real model, right?).
With the current 1.0 release, Heli-X has gone shareware. This is justified if you take a look at the extensive feature list – there’s not many things missing if you compare it to commercial sims like Reflex, Phoenix, Realflight or AFPD:

Not too much information about this yet, but it looks like the Trex V3 (V2 with a torque tube), will be popping up in the next 30 days or so in the testing stages.
The design of the Align T-Rex 700 is one that seems to be going unchallenged. The Align regime seems to be what Apple is to the cell phone industry. Everyone is trying to create the “T-Rex” killer. Aftermarket parts for the Align T-Rex 450 were plentiful but with Align now being quick to react to any market need for their heli’s….there hasn’t really been any holes to plug.
The up and coming Tim Jones, Pilot now turned RC Helicopter Engineer has R&D and now produced this amazing hop-up for the extreme 90 3D market. I myself haved installed and tested this handmade prototype and its everything he promised it would be, an END TO STRIPPED T-Rex 700 main gears.
