Only the cool factor, Turbo charging or super charging a RC engine (2 stroke) will do nothing to it at all.. A 4 stroke it will becasue there are actual exaust and intake valves, 2 stroke has a reed valve so any air that it forced in will just exit right back out the exaust!

now you need a HKS FMIC, BOV, Boost Controller, Alky-Injection and that think should do 8′s in the quarter mile

Actually for that, I think you might want to do a top mount or V mount intercooler 
And also the HKS is nono, you want a Tial 44 mm BOV

Were he got that Mini Turbo? He Manufacture himself?
Maybe thats what I need to use a four cycle glow engine on a heli.
