Last yearI had the opportunity to meet a very special individual at the annual Birmingham event hosted by David Harkey. I saw this guy standing with a tripod and a radio flying a 450 rather well and upon a closer look I noticed that the guy had a very noticable defect. But man…the guy could fly….
His name is Jeremy Harvey,
Jeremy lives in the small town of Tyler TX where he attends classes at Tyler Junior College and is in pursuit of an associates degree in Networking Technologies and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. He’s been on the Honorary Deans list for one semester.
In addition to being one of the top ranked students at his local college, Jeremy enjoys many recreational activities such as Fishing, Marksman Shooting, Drag Racing, Billiards and ATV Trail Exploring.
RC Helicopters is one of Jeremy’s favorite past times. He’s been flying for 4 years and is a true addict of the hobby. He builds, repairs and sets up all his own helicopters, and is considered to be an intermediate pilot always pushing himself to learn more and help others in the hobby. Jeremy is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the RWMAA (Rotary Wing Model Aircraft Association) and travels to many fun flies throughout the US bringing a sprit of determination, perseverance and commitment.
