Well, we all know who Bobby is right? All I can say is after the first few minutes on the phone with Bobby I was cracking up! Bobby is a ball of laughs and jokes that go right along with his awesome ability to rip a R/C heli around the skies with finesse and skill whether it be a electric 450, to a high powered 90 machine! Well many on your may have seen our previous review of the Jersey Modeler fuel systems.   Here is a very similar system from Byron Originals called the E-Tanker.  The version we received was very large, 5 Liters to be exact, comes with its own funnel, charger and nicad battery (for obvious reasons).  Straightforward design with a great pumping system.  For those of you who are frustrated with electric pumps that either pump too slow or that stop pumping over time….this is a setup you will love.

Outrage has been around for a couple of years now. Their first product to be released was the G5 450 helicopter along with their batteries. The G5 was one of the first 450s that out of the box that could run 350mm blades without any modification. REVCO has just entered the heli main blade market with their first offering, the EDGE 603mm main blades for 50 size heli’s.  The blades come in two flavors; flybar, and flybarless. This is a first in the blade market, as most blades are generic to either application. In this review I will be testing the flybar version on a Align T-Rex 600E.

For the past 2 years I’ve used the K&S starter battery mounts with two NiMH 7cell packs on my TorqMaster.  This sufficed for starting my T-Rex 600N, but once I moved up to the T-Rex 700N I quickly found out the NiMH did not have enough juice.  After a quick test with a 4S 3850 lipo I had laying around I knew this is what I needed going forward, but how to mount it?  Enter Heli Daddy and their home brew carbon fiber lipo battery mount kit for the Hobbico TorqMaster 180 starter.
