Here is a great video taken at the Heli Scale Masters 2012 of a Turbine Powered EC135. This such a beautiful machine. I was amazed the first time I watched this vid. But was even more humbled when I read the description below after watching the first time. I have since watched this vid 4 more times. This vid is in my top 3 vids of all time. Enrico at SAB Heli Division has brought an interesting prototype video to our attention. SAB Heli Division is developing the project of a Cobra AH-1G in scale 1/7.
The model is interesting in that it uses two motors, one for the main rotor, one for the tail.
It is very quiet and with very little vibration. The mechanical module front is completely separate from the tail module.
