Held this past weekend was the 2009 Munich Heli Masters in Munich, Germany.  Team Mikado absolutely dominated the event with their Logo helicopter.  7 out of the top 10 pilots were flying a Logo including second place Kyle Dahl form the US, and third place Marius Müller from Germany.  Eric Weber from Germany, for the second year in a row, took first place on the podium with his Align T-Rex 700.  Congratulations to all the pilots!  Click to see the full results…

I had not planned on being able to attend XFC this year however, due to a family emergency I ended up being in Cleveland, OH on Saturday and Sunday.  Late afternoon Sunday I had some free time so my girlfriend and I made the short 3.5 hour drive to Muncie, IN to catch the last that we could of the competition.

Seems like the world of 3D top pilot contest is growing like weeds.  Align last week and this week Munich.  Can We ever get enough coverage of these PROS doing what all us average Joe fiyers would love to be able to to.
