Empire Hobbies and Gaui would like to extend a warm welcome to their newest team pilot, Darrell Bell! Many of you in the Hobby know him as “Big D” and he has been a iconic member in the industry for many years. Darrell has been involved in the RC Helicopter industry for over 12 years now and has taken his next step with Gaui by his side as their newest Team Pilot. As Darrell, a native of Detroit,  began working with  Jack Burnside (Empire Hobbies) in many charitable projects and was able to develop a relationship with him that was a stepping stone to his position as a Team Pilot. Darrell will be debuting his opening flights as a Gaui pilot Friday at IRCHA 2010. Darrell currently fly a Gaui X5 as well as a Gaui Hurricane 255. RCHR would like to congratulate Darrell and wish him luck on his new venture. Go get em Big D!
