Well I knew it wouldn’t be long before a single dedicated server would be too much for us to survive on. We have now had to move to a managed cluster system because of the amount of traffic going through the site per day. Our new hosting provider RACKSPACE promises 35gb download speeds and unlimited amounts of processing power in the new clustered (multi server) system we just started migrating to. We moved all of our PILOT and CLUB sites over yesterday and today we moved the AD Server. I must say….we have already gained about 300% on our page loading times. Once we move everything over even our videos will be on a different tier as well as our database (which will also be replicated) to give the fastest most reliable experience possible.
