Another successful year at XFC comes to an end. And (drum roll please!), the winner for the 2011 Extreme Flight Championship is Jaime Robertson! Well, the finals of the Extreme Flight Championship (XFC) takes place today. It took some time to find the results from Day 2 of the prelims, but KennyS posted a pic of the results from Day 2. The 2011 Extreme Flight Championship started today and runs through Sunday, June 5th. With many Top World Class pilots practicing and preparing these last few months, the Day 1 results shows how the practice and preparation is paying off. Check out this new micro servo release for 2011. Thanks to our friends at RC Mania, we have some detailed pics of the new DS92 Micro Servo from MKS. This servo is similar to the world renowed DS95. Instead of an all aluminum case, the DS92 uses an upper and lower plastic case with an aluminum middle. Although utilizing part plastic, the specs are similar to the DS95, but should be less expensive than the DS95.
