The Castle Creations Team has released a couple of updates to their products. The first is a software update for the Castle Link USB and the second is a firmware update for the Phoenix Series ESC’s. The HeliCommand technicians and pilots have worked hard to bring a fix for the horizon issue for the HC3-SX flight stabilization system. Although a rare occurance, the HeliCommand Team wanted to insure every issue reported was addressed. Also, they have released the latest software for the X-series (HC3-SX, HC3-Xtreme, and HC3-Xbase). Our friends at RC Mania got to snap some pics of the new nitro motor from Thunder Tiger . . . . the RL.56H. Not only were they able to get the pics but also some specifications comparing the 56H to the 53H. This motor is a beauty, with its nice redesigned red heatsink to what looks to be a new carb. Keep in mind the pics are of a test model so some things may change a bit when consumer production starts. Anyway, click on to check out the close up pics.

Here are a couple of outstanding flights by one of the most talented, young pilots today. Who are we talking about? None other than Andrew Merlino, that’s who! Both of these vids are awesome, but I especially think the spotlight flight of Andrew flying his Trex 700N to be one of the best.
